Airport Rides Terms & Conditions of Use

Agreement between User ("You") and Right Stuff Traders LLC d/b/a Airport Rides ("AR", "We", "Us", or "Our")

Effective Date: March 05, 2025

Please read these Terms & Conditions of Use, our Privacy Notice, and other applicable policies available on www.AirportRidesAnywhere.com (collectively, this "Agreement") before using our platform and services (collectively, "Services"). You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to agree to this Agreement. By using our Services, you accept these terms, including mandatory binding arbitration as outlined in the "Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement" section. If you do not accept these terms, do not use our Services.

This Agreement is divided into two parts:

  • Part 1: Terms for bookings with Transportation Providers for Transport Services.
  • Part 2: Terms for Airport Rides' platform and Services.

The English version of this Agreement is the original and governs in case of discrepancies with translations. "Including" means "including, but not limited to."

Definitions

  • Platform: Our websites (e.g., www.AirportRidesAnywhere.com, AirportRides.in, AirportCabs.us) and mobile/other software applications offering booking Services.
  • Services: Airport Rides' online booking platform facilitating travel and transportation arrangements with Providers. Airport Rides does not provide Transport Services.
  • Transportation Provider ("Provider"): Independent entities offering ground Transport Services via our Platform.
  • Transport Services: Ground transportation booked via our Platform, provided solely by Providers.
  • Booking: A direct contract between you and a Provider for Transport Services, facilitated by AR.
  • User: Anyone using our Platform to book Transport Services.
  • Customer: A User who books Transport Services for themselves or others (e.g., Travelers).
  • Traveler/Passenger: Individuals using Transport Services, who may or may not be the User, but agree to this Agreement.

PART 1: BOOKINGS WITH TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS

Bookings

Nature of Bookings:

Airport Rides enables you to book Transport Services directly with Providers through our Platform. Airport Rides is a booking platform only and does not provide transportation services. Airport Rides is not a party to your Booking contract with the Provider and has no role in executing Transport Services.

User Responsibility:

  • You are responsible for reviewing the Provider's listing (e.g., vehicle details, licenses, insurance) and verifying its suitability before booking.
  • You are liable for the behavior of all Travelers in your Booking, who must comply with this Agreement and the Provider's terms.

Booking Process:

  • Follow online steps on our Platform to book. Payment is processed via Airport Rides' partners upon confirmation, forming a contract directly between you and the Provider. By booking, you acknowledge Airport Rides' role as a facilitator only.
  • Provide accurate details (e.g., pick-up time, location). Errors or corrections post-confirmation are treated as changes/cancellations (see below).
  • A confirmation voucher with an Airport Rides Booking ID is issued upon booking; retain it for travel.
  • Provider Contact: The Provider arranges pick-up details with you. Airport Rides is not liable for communication failures between you and the Provider.

Price and Payments

Pricing:

  • Prices include taxes, tolls, parking, and Airport Rides' platform fees, as displayed at booking. Additional fees charged by the Provider (e.g., excess baggage, waiting time) are separate and payable directly to them.

Payment:

  • Airport Rides facilitates payment collection through third-party processors as a service; all transactions are between you and the Provider. Your Payment Method (e.g., credit/debit card) is charged at booking.
  • Final settlement is in the Provider's currency, with conversion rates set by Airport Rides (disclosed at checkout). Bank fees are your responsibility.
  • Contact your payment provider for fraud or unauthorized charges; Airport Rides is not liable unless due to our error.

Promotions:

  • Discounts are discretionary, time-limited, and require activation via codes. Airport Rides may cancel erroneous prices (e.g., a $1 luxury ride) and refund payments without liability.

Non-Refundable:

  • Upfront payments are non-refundable unless specified in the Provider's cancellation policy or Airport Rides' refund terms below.

Communication with Providers

  • Platform Messaging: All communication with Providers must occur via our Platform's messaging tools, which Airport Rides monitors for transparency. External communication is at your risk and may not be considered in disputes.
  • Airport Rides' Role: Airport Rides may assist communication but is not liable for Provider responses or actions.

Special Requests

  • Excess Baggage: Declare oversized items at booking; additional fees apply, payable to the Provider. Undeclared items may result in service denial without refund.
  • Child Seats: Request at booking; availability and fees depend on the Provider. Airport Rides is not liable for incompatibilities with personal seats.
  • Accessibility: Contact the Provider via our Platform for special needs. Airport Rides does not guarantee accommodation and is not liable for unfulfilled requests.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

By You:

  • Cancel via the Platform's "Upcoming Trips" section. Cancellation is effective only when status updates to "Cancelled."
  • Refund eligibility depends on the Provider's policy (displayed at booking). No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations (<24 hours before pick-up) unless due to Provider fault.
  • Changes are subject to Provider approval and may incur fees payable directly to them.

By Provider/AR:

  • Providers may cancel for insolvency or inability to perform; Airport Rides will attempt alternatives or issue full refunds without further liability.
  • Airport Rides may cancel for fraud, non-compliance, or inappropriate behavior (see Part 2), with no refund entitlement.

Refunds:

  • Apply within 14 days of pick-up via our Platform. Processing takes up to 7 business days; bank fees are non-refundable.

PART 2: AIRPORT RIDES PLATFORM AND SERVICES

Using Our Services

  • Compliance: You must abide by applicable laws and Airport Rides' policies.
  • Suspension: Airport Rides may suspend or terminate access for non-compliance, suspected fraud, or undue Platform stress, without notice or liability.

Your Airport Rides Account

  • Requirement: An account is needed to book. Keep details accurate and confidential; you’re liable for all account activity.
  • Termination: Airport Rides may suspend accounts for misuse or violation of this Agreement, with no refund obligation.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement

  • Scope: All disputes arising from this Agreement, our Platform, or Services are subject to mandatory binding individual arbitration under AAA rules.
  • Pre-Arbitration: Submit disputes via our Platform within 7 days. Airport Rides has 30 days to resolve internally.
  • Arbitration Process: Conducted in English, in Austin, Texas (or remotely for claims under $10,000 unless a hearing is requested).
  • Waivers:
    • Jury Trial Waiver: You and Airport Rides waive jury trials for arbitrable disputes.
    • Class Action Waiver: Disputes are individual only; no class actions unless Airport Rides agrees in writing.
