The payment is collected by a payment services provider appointed by us. They hold the funds until the trip is completed. Upon completion of the trip, the funds due to to the provider and to Airport Rides are released after deduction of any applicable payment gateway fees.
clients have an opportunity to provide a review or raise a complaint within 3 days of completion of a trip. If a complaint is raised, The provider has the first opportunity to resolve the concerns. If the concerns are not resolved by the provider, the issue can be escalated by the client to Airport Rides for mediation/dispute resolution. In such an event, if is determined that the complaint was due to an avoidable service issue on part of the provider, any refund or credits to be issued to the client will need to be borne by the provider

• Before publishing your rates, check the competition. Set your rates to be within +/- 10% of what your competitors offer for a comparable class of service. One good way is to gauge the market is to check the prices offered by Rideshare providers for a comparable vehicle class as yours.
• Do not price yourself too low, but not too high either. Is the price you set aligned with your hourly or per mile rates? A slight discount over your time & distance rates is a good idea for popular routes.
