Airport Rides is an online booking platform - a place that helps you with arranging your travel & reservations. We're not a travel services provider, On Airport Rides, you get to see a bouquet of options that are available for your needs and you have the freedom to book directly with any of those listed providers. Read their terms & conditions as you are booking their service. We are a simple match-maker providing a forum where the consumer and the provider can transact with each other.

The transportation service is the responsibility of the provider. The traveler gets full details on the transportation service including licensing, ratings, pricing, insurance and other details. Its your responsibility to decide whose service you choose.

Our role is simply to make it easy for the traveler to procure a travel service for their needs. Given our relationship with the traveler and also with the provider, we are often able to provide customer support and assistance channels to help travelers resolve issues or complaints with their bookings.

Providers prefer to work through us as we provide them with a platform to market their services. They authorize us to act as a mediator to resolve any issues or complaints between them and travelers. Travelers prefer us as by booking providers services through our booking platform, they have a hassle-free way to get best combination of convenience, prices, service quality on the market.



Firstly, Airport Rides is not a rideshare company. In fact, Airport Rides is not even a transportation provider. We are simply a booking platform, a tech-enabled arrangement service where travelers find transport providers who are marketing their transportation services for airport transfers.
On Airport Rides, traveler's can make airport transfer reservations with a local provider in a city of your choice. Airport transfers means either a ride from your address to the airport or a ride from the airport to your address.

On our platform, travelers are booking the services of their driver directly. Airport Rides is not involved with the delivery of the service. We enable the drivers to have an online presence, to be able improve their reach and assist them with marketing themselves to customers. Each driver/service provider has a publicly viewable landing page that provides information enabling travelers to pick the driver (service provider) who they decide as the best fit for their needs and preferences.

All the drivers showcased on our platform are independent businesses separate from Airport Rides. The Airport Rides platform is only enabling these businesses to have an online presence using our technology. They are our customers just like the travelers who are seeking transportation services. These service providers set their own rates/prices and are responsible for the services they provide. Each transport provider gets a public profile page where they showcase their driving experience, safety records and other information including background checks. Rate cards & Prices

The transport providers set the rates for their trips.

Our systems show the estimated pricing for a trip to travelers. Once they select their preferred service provider the price may go up or down based on the service rates set by the provider.
The rate per mile depends on a few factors such as the service providers service rating, size and class of vehicle and finally how competitively the driver is pricing their services.

When looking for a service provider for your trip, we will show you service providers who are available to serve your trip along with useful information such as how well their service is rated, how competitively priced their service is, how punctual they are and any other metrics of interest to you as a traveler.



All trips in Airport Rides are prebooked and prepaid trips. You reserve your provider in advance to serve your itinerary either to or from the airport. Most will wait for you at the airport if your flight is slightly delayed. For a small fee, you can also have them track your flight and be there when you land, even if your flight is hours delayed.

Some businesses publish a rate card for their services. As an example, they might say that all trips from North Central Austin to the Airport will cost $40. So, if your chosen pickup address falls in North Central Austin and the calculated trip price (based on estimated travel distance) comes to $48, their trip cost would still be $40. Airport Rides will present these attractively priced services to you at the time of your reservation so you do not miss out on any promotional offers from transport service providers.

We use a variety of methods to including takng your current location when you save a card, to determine when and where you met someone the first time. Every time you meet them again or make a note, we will be saving the location where you made that note or added more information about them to the contact too

Yes, the transport services listed on the Airport Rides platform are pre-booked and pre-paid with a credit card payments. The providers listed on our platform subscribe to a third-party for collecting payments on their behalf.

While you are not required to tip your chauffeur, it is customary to provide a tip as an expression of your recognition of their services.
If your chauffeur waited for you at pickup, it is reasonable to tip them as compensation for their time. If you have requested additional services offered by the transport provider, you will owe them payment for those services. Additional services provided by your transport provider and the rates for such services are listed on the providers listing page on our website.

If a chauffeur requests any form of payment or advertises alternative services beyond those for services listed on their listing page, please let us know by tapping "Feedback about this ride" from your booking confirmation page.


When you book a trip on Airport Rides, you’re booking directly with the transport proider you selected when creating your booking. Airport Rides is not a transportation company and we are not a party to your booking contract with the transport provider. We are not responsible for the transport service. Airport Rides is simply facilitating you to book the services of the transport provider via our booking platform. Please read our FAQ and terms & conditions before you create a booking.



All providers listing their services on Airport Rides are expected to comply with the local laws where they serve. This includes being compliant to requirements like carrying adequate insurance, being background checked and having a clean driving record when operating a for-hire professional black car transportation service. Please see the dedicated profile page for the transport service you are booking for their full disclosures on their permits, licenses, insurance and other details.

The bookings created on Airport Rides are pre-paid. The final price charged to your mode of payment shall include the include the base fare for the trip, applicable taxes, fees, gratuity, and any applicable toll road charges for your specified itinerary. If you book airport pickup, prices also include flight tracking and complimentary waiting time, which means we'll track your flight and wait 45 minutes after your flight lands. If you book a ride going to the airport, your driver will wait 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. You will have to pay your transport provider directly for any an additional costs applicable for any special requests, additional waiting time or for any changes you agree on with your transport provider for your trip.

As long as you provide your flight number when booking your airport ride, the service provider will track your flight and adjust pickup time if necessary. After your flight lands, the driver will wait for 45 minutes. This gives you plenty of time to go through security, get your luggage, and communicate with your driver to arrange curbside pickup.



Every airport pickup includes 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time. However, we know that unexpected delays can occur at the last minute at any airport.
We recommend that you contact your driver via the booking confirmation page as soon as you have landed at the airport. From there you can coordinate pickup logistics between each other. For peace of mind, for international arrivals you get the option of specifying a built-in pickup delay after your flights arrival.
As an example, if your international flight is scheduled to land at 10am and you have requested a 1hour pickup delay, your driver will be scheduled to pick you up 1 hour after the flight arrives. This way if your flight is delayed to 11am, your driver will be tracking the flight and will plan to be there at 12pm to pick you up. Your complimentary waiting time will start at 12pm. However, what this means is if your flight arrives at 11am and you clear immigrations and baggage claim both by 11.30, you will need to wait 30minutes for your driver to arrive. They will not be considered late as long as they are at pickup by 12 pm.


Riding in a limo or black car is a luxury experience, and there are some etiquette rules to follow. Treat the vehicle with respect (just like your own), like any high-end service. This means no smoking inside the vehicle, keeping it clean, and respecting the privacy of others.
Be polite and respectful to your chauffeur. They’re there to make sure you have a safe and comfortable ride. Being on time for your pick-up and ready for your drop-off also helps keep everything on schedule for the provider. Dress for the occasion and plan your schedule ahead of time.
Always communicate your requirements at time of the booking or well-ahead of the ride. If you have preferences for music or temperature, tell us so your provider can do their best to accommodate. It’s also good to know the terms & conditions of service, like what you can do during the ride and how pick-up and drop-off work. Repeat offenders are blacklisted from the Airport Rides bookings platform.


All of the airport pickups booked on our platform will include a curbside pickup.
Every airport is different. For every reservation, your chauffeur/transport provider will contact you via the messaging interface of our platform (you will receive the message on your booking confirmation page) to provide you with the logistical details for your pickup. If meet & greet is available at your airport or if there are specific special requests that you have made, all instructions pertaining to those will be sent to you directly on the booking confirmation page by the transport provider. Meet & Greet services are offered as an add-on option if your transport provider and airport support the service.

Chauffeurs are licensed professionals in most jurisdictions, being required to pass a background check, have a clean driving record and be commercially insured in many cities. Check the requirements in your country & city of travel as the laws may be different.

Each transport provider listed on our platform gets a dedicated public profile page on our platform. On that public profile page the provider showcases information about themselves, their vehicle and their details such as licensing, background checks and insurance. As part of maintaining their listing on Airport Rides, the provider provides us with an affidavit, that is notarized by a public notary in their jurisdiction and provides affirmation on the provider's compliance to applicable laws including but not limited to having a drivers license, a clean driving record, a clear background check, details of insurance coverage and any other items that may be applicable to them under law. You may request any of the providers to provide you with a copy of that affidavit.

No. Airport Rides do not provide a mobile app for travelers booking a ride. Our website is completely mobile-friendly and each traveler receives a dedicated link to manage their booking once it is created. To make a reservation, just visit our website by entering either https://airportrides.in or https://airportcabs.us in your web browser of choice.



The amount of tip provided to the driver is generally at the discretion of the passenger. We do not include a tip / gratuity amount in your invoice.

As part of their commitment to Airport Rides' service standard, Transport providers offer complimentary waiting time of up to 45 minutes when picking you up at an Airport and a complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes when picking you up somewhere else for a drop to the Airport.

If you end up using this complimentary waiting time, we request that you tip them at your discretion to thank them for the time. Drivers serving trips that were booked on Airport Rides will wait for you to arrive when they are picking you up at the airport, so that you have peace of mind when using their transport services booked on Airport Rides.

If your flight is delayed, your driver loses valuable time in waiting and should be compensated for it. We leave it to your discretion to tip your driver for their time & service. In all cases, you will be tipping the driver directly in cash.



All private transportation services booked via our platform are pre-paid, meaning you pay online at the time of booking. Payment is secure, and we accept most major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and eligible credits or rewards on your profile.



Cleanliness of the vehicles is an important part of our service, so we discourage the consumption of food during rides.
If the vehicle requires cleaning due to spilled food or drinks, there may be an additional charge. All vehicles have bottled water on-board to provide you with a refreshing drink, which is of course free of charge.

If you know ahead of time that additional stops are required during the ride, we highly recommend that request them in the “Special requests” field so your chauffeur is prepared. Additional wait time or distance may still incur additional charges. Also, due to the nature of trips being prebooked, the chauffeur may not be able to accommodate additional stops during your ride as they may already be scheduled to pickup another client after your scheduled trip end time and as a result may not be able to extend your trip at the last minute. Fulfillment of special requests is subject to availability and you shall incur additional charges as agreed to between you and the transport provider.


Our customer support team can be reach by simply writing to us via the 'contact us' section of our website. At the time of your travel, if you experience any problems in connection with the Transport Services, you must contact your Transportation Provider before contacting us.
Always communicate with your transport provider via the booking confirmation page on our website. Note that as soon as you have made a booking, you are able to communicate with your transportation provider via your booking page on our website. All communication sent (on our website) between you and your chosen Transportation Provider in connection with the booking is timestamped and visible to us. If you are communicating with the transportation provider directly, please be aware that we are not party to that communication. You can still upload all evidence of your communication as attachments to the booking confirmation page

In the event of a dispute with your Transport provider or a complaint, please first attempt to solve it by communicating with your provider as indicated above. If you need us to intervene, Contact Support and submit your complaint, providing with us as much information and evidence you can within 5 days after the arranged pick-up or departure time. We will initiate an investigation and check the information with your chosen Transportation Provider. Failure to notify us or the Transportation Provider concerned of your complaint as quickly as possible may affect our ability to investigate the matter. Please note, that we will act only in matters that are under our scope according to the Terms and Conditions agreed between you and us. In the event that you wish to report an issue about our online booking process or our booking service, please address your complaint to our Support team


Every booking comes with complimentary amount of waiting time, depending on where you're being picked up. Additional wait time, while not guaranteed, may also be available upon request and at the waiting rates applicable to and listed on your booking confirmation page. Waiting time begins at your scheduled pickup time.
  • Airport pickups come with 45 minutes of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur will leave the pickup location, e.g. if you schedule your airport pickup for 8 AM, your chauffeur will wait until 8.45 AM free of charge. If your flight is delayed, our systems will automatically reschedule the pickup so they only arrive at the airport 15minutes before the new arrival time, and continue to wait for the flight to land. Please be aware, you will be liable for the waiting time incurred beyond the first 45 minutes after the flight lands (even if its a late arrival). In such cases, we recommend you tip the chauffeur (at your discretion) for the inconvenience of the rescheduled pickup
  • Pickups at locations other than an airport come with 15 minutes of complimentary wait time before the chauffeur will leave the pickup location.
  • The complimentary wait time for your booking only applies to waiting at pickup. Any wait time accrued at a requested stop mid-way on your journey is charged at a per-minute rate listed on your booking confirmation page
